Our journey began in 1992, in the beautiful hills of Darjeeling. At a time when titaura was almost unknown in India, our founder had a simple but powerful idea — to bring this beloved delicacy, popular in Nepal, to Darjeeling.
Starting with small homemade batches, he introduced titaura to a new audience. Slowly, people discovered its unique taste — tangy, spicy, and unforgettable. What began as a small unit soon became a known and loved name across Darjeeling.
For years, the business grew with trust and authenticity at its core. However, after 2012, growth slowed down, and the brand remained local despite its strong reputation.
But the story didn’t end there — it was only waiting for a new chapter.
